Jenna Alcazar

Jenna was our 2021 Teacher of the Year!

She started dancing when she was three years old with her mom’s studio. At seven years old, she began training and competitively dancing at another local dance studio. As a teen she trained extensively in all forms of dance and continued to compete at national levels, winning many top overall and "Dancer of the Year" awards.

Along with the various competitions that Jenna has attended, she performed at Disney World with her team and was nominated to attend a dance workshop in New York along side other dancers.

Once Jenna graduated from high school she could not see her dancing coming to an end. She received and accepted a scholarship to compete on the dance team at Calumet College of St. Joseph. After a year of dance at the college, Jenna decided that it was time she shared her love and passion of dance with upcoming dancers.

She has taught classes at other studios as well as coached the Varsity Dance Team at Clark High School. She managed to take them to a championship win their very first year competing.
